### About the Opportunity

Embrace Legacy is expanding its insurance sales team and is looking for ambitious, self-driven and experienced Sales Consultants to market the **Hollard My Life & More (MLM)** insurance product.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with clients and want to grow their earnings through performance.

### Minimum Requirements

- **RE5 qualification OR relevant insurance sales experience**
- Previous experience selling life or funeral insurance is advantageous.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, prospect and close sales independently.
- Must be target-driven, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Must be willing and able to travel for work and client appointments.
- Own vehicle is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Must be comfortable working without a guaranteed basic salary.

### Key Responsibilities

- Market and sell Hollard My Life & More insurance products.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting, referrals and worksite marketing.
- Conduct client needs assessments and explain suitable insurance benefits.
- Assist clients with policy applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on applications.
- Achieve individual weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with applicable insurance regulations.

### Important Remuneration Information
